Thank you for viewing our products!  We are proud of what we do, and in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction please read the following to answer any questions that you might have.

 

Please note that there may be differences in color from the picture shown and the items you order.  Each item is lovingly hand painted and minor flaws or variances are normal....no two are exactly alike!

 

Items with ribbon laces, embellishments, charms etc. are based upon availability.  We will try to match  the items shown on our website as closely as possible however there might be variations in color and design.  The designer reserves the right to modify changes (shoe laces, ribbon, embellishments etc.) as they see fit.

 

Every item is custom made upon ordering, delivery time is approx 2-4 weeks.

We only use nontoxic paint and adhesives, and we pre-wash our garments (except shoes) in fragrance free, hypo allergenic detergent to minimize shrinkage after painting.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: We understand ordering clothing for children can be hard to do online, and Cupcake Kids Artwear has changed our policy to make shopping at our site easier!  We will accept returns within 30 days from shipping date.  We CANNOT however accept returns on ANY item that is custom, or has any personalization, has been worn or laundered.  Only items that are in their original unused condition with tags intact.  PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU ARE NEEDING TO RETURN AN ITEM so we may either exchange it or grant a refund!.

 

Please take the time to measure your child prior to ordering to ensure an accurate fit! Measurements of shoes on the size chart are measurements of the sole of the shoe, which adds approx. 1/4".  Adult shoes run true to size.  If in doubt, please contact me prior to ordering!
